Shipping Information

Title

UK Orders

Delivery is free for all UK addresses. Please allow 3 - 5 working days for delivery. We ship our UK orders with our logistics partner APC.

 

International Orders

Orders to the USA and rest of world are sent with UPS. Please allow 5 - 7 working days for delivery, however unexpected delays can happen, this as a guide only.

 

We endeavour to process your order within 2 working days. Please be mindful that over the weekends, public holidays and religious holidays we cannot always guarantee this same timeframe. Once processed all of our orders are shipped from our headquarters in Southampton, UK. 

 

For all orders, we will send you an email notifying of when your order has been shipped and tracking information.

 

TeamO is not responsible for any packages that are lost, damaged or stolen. Furthermore, if a package is undeliverable, the customer will be held responsible for any return and original shipping charges. To prevent this from happening please double check your delivery address and look out for any delivery attempt notifications. 

 

Please note that we CANNOT send to PO Boxes; please ensure a street address and phone number is supplied.

 

We also do not take responsibility for any import duties, customs and local sales taxes that you may incur by your country. Please familiarise yourself with your countries regulations as a payment penalty may occur from customs to release your goods. 

 

If your parcel does incur a import fee via your country you will be held responsible to pay this at your own cost.

Returns

Title

We take product quality very seriously and we are dedicated to delivering the best marine safety products. All TeamO lifejackets come with a three year manufacturer's warranty.

 

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us by email at info@teamomarine.com and we will reply as quickly as possible to help solve the problem.

Making a Return

Title

In the event of wishing to return goods customers must contact the seller to obtain a 'goods return note number' that must then be attached in an appropriate manner to the goods.

 

TeamO will only accept goods being returned by customers if prior consent has been given.  We reserve the right to refuse to accept goods being returned by a buyer. In cases where we do agree to accept a return, we reserve the right to charge a handling fee, not exceeding 50% based on the invoice price of the goods.

 

Excluding circumstances where goods are being returned for the reason of damage or are subject to warranty claim, goods being returned to the seller must arrive in a condition that allows them to be re-sold. 

 

In the event that returned goods are not in good condition the seller reserves the right to withdraw any agreement for credit with the buyer or to charge a handling fee.
