Covid19 Update

HEADING OFFSHORE FOR 14 DAYS?

Some people have told us that they are planning to head out on their boat for a couple of weeks for their social distancing period. We wish that we could do the same! Like lots of other businesses at the moment we're nervously watching how the Covid19 situation develops.

We're taking extra steps to protect the staff at TeamO day to day, and we plan to follow Government advice and closely monitor the situation. For the time being we're are still shipping orders daily however, so if you are heading offshore we are here to fulfill your safety kit requirements.

We're doing our bit to try help slow the spread of Covid19.

This is an incredibly tough time for everyone, particularly for small businesses. We're aware of how important it is to act responsibly and we're taking advice from government health guidelines and staying up to date to keep the TeamO crew, our customers and our community safe.

We are a small team so we are staying open for as long as we can. We have ramped up the cleaning schedule at TeamO HQ and we are putting plans in place to be able to continue work from home if we need to.

This life jacket is so light and noninvasive that I forget that I’m wearing it. I highly recommend it!

Received

We received our 170N life vests within two weeks of placing our order. We live in Texas and expected shipping from the UK to take longer. The vests are comfortable to were while on deck. My wife and I are leaving Galveston in April for our years long cruising life and I purchased these life vests because we are expecting to be on watch alone at various intervals. We both clip in our tethers and use jack lines when necessary to go forward while underway.. Neither of us has ever fallen overboard and this is our greatest fear while underway. This vest appears to provide the best possibility for survival if one of us fall overboard while alone on deck.

170N offshore lifejacket

Hoping I never need to use it in anger but so far satisfied with the product.
Fits perfectly, feels lighter than previous version and just love the colour.. !
Initially I didn’t know who to direct my emails to .. but once I found a contact communication ran smoothly.

Few Upgrades and would be Perfect

Now that I worn it for a little while now it’s a really good product! I’m quite happy with it. The only reason I can’t give it five stars is because the leg straps just aren’t beefy enough. I’d like something more substantial to hold on to me if I fall overboard.. These little teeny tiny thin straps will dig into your legs real quick… This is literally the only thing that’s not built to an industrial standard, everything about this lifevest is made for offshore cruising!
