Duchess of Cambridge and Prince William Wear TeamO Lifejackets
Prince William and the Duchess of Cambridge were competing in The Kings Cup yesterday in Cowes, Isle of Wight and we were honored to see them wearing TeamO lifejackets for the regatta. All of our TeamO lifejackets are made in Southampton, so it was fitting to think that they were being used for this special race just a couple of miles away from where they were made! We're proud to be bringing manufacturing back to the city and it was the ultimate compliment to see them being worn by the Royal couple.
Make More Change Happen
Tomorrow is the start of the Fastnet race, the biggest event in the UK offshore sailing calendar this year. There are record breaking numbers of boats going around the rock – nearly 3000 sailors in total are going to be taking on the 600nm course and there is an excited sense of anticipation building around the Yacht Haven in Cowes as the count down to the start gun gets closer.
