I ordered two jackets to be shipped to Seattle, US. TeamO dispatched them via UPS the next day and after the initial few scans en-route, the package stopped progressing. After a few days of the package not moving I got in touch with TeamO. Lauren from TeamO was on the case immediately, contacted the UPS who confirmed the jackets got lost, so she immediately sent me a replacement which arrived and we have been happily wearing them for a few weeks now. Well built, very easy to use, and a great safety system to keep you on the vessel, the long section allows plenty of room to work while having the safety and security you need.
